Schedule
10:00–10:30 a.m. – Arrive to campus and check in.
10:30–10:45 a.m. – Teacher reviews expectations, bus seating, behavior, and phone policy.
10:45–11:00 a.m. – Line up by group, take attendance, and receive name tags/tickets/ lunch.
11:00–11:15 a.m. – Load buses at Sal Castro MS.
11:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. – Travel to Hollywood.
12:00–12:25 p.m. – Arrive, restroom break, and quick snack/water if allowed.
12:25–12:55 p.m. – Enter theater, find seats, and complete pre-show reflection.
1:00–3:00 p.m. – Watch the performance.
3:00–3:30 p.m. – Exit theater, load buses, and depart.
3:30–4:15 p.m. – Travel back to Sal Castro MS.
4:15–4:30 p.m. – Final attendance check and student pick-up/release.

Student Expectations
Follow all teacher and chaperone directions.
Remain seated and respectful during the show.
Keep phones off and put away unless directed otherwise.
Stay with your assigned group at all times.
Use proper theater etiquette.
